Amenities
The amenities at Brooke Farm include a swimming complex with a Junior Olympic pool, an adults-only pool, a baby or toddler pool, a covered pavilion with picnic tables and a pool house with upgraded bathrooms and showers.
Our tennis facility includes 4 courts, two of which are lighted, and a large viewing stand.
The lake covers approximately 5 acres and is a favorite fishing spot.
Our community lends itself to walking and jogging, with streets and trails that wind throughout beautiful homes and gardens, over bridges, across a dam, and through our swim and tennis facilities.
Lake
Twenty five cluster homes are situated on Brooke Farm Lake.
The lake provides resident fishing enthusiasts the opportunity to wet-a-line without leaving the neighborhood.
The lake dam supports a scenic trail for walkers or joggers, and benches for quiet reflection of the lake and the beautiful homes surrounding it.
Pool
The swimming pool complex includes a Junior Olympic pool, an adults-only pool, a baby or toddler pool, a covered pavilion with picnic tables, and a pool house with newly upgraded bathrooms and showers. Our complex is managed by one of Atlanta’s premier pool management companies.
Each pool has been upgraded to the much preferred saline system. Brooke Farm sponsors a swim team for resident children ages 5 to 17 to compete in an inter-league with other swim-tennis communities and country clubs.
Tennis
The tennis facility includes four tennis courts, two of which are lighted. All four courts were reconstructed in the spring of 2012. A new viewing stand was added in conjunction with the reconstruction.
The entirely renovated facility is sanctioned by the Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association (ALTA) for competitive league tennis, and is always available for pickup games. During the Summer of 2012 we offered a tennis camp for children aged 6 to 11.
Walking
Our neighborhoods provide a variety of scenic vistas.The favorite part for many walkers and joggers is enjoying the beautiful homes, lawns, and gardens, and an opportunity to stop and interact with neighbors and friends.
Most walks through Brooke Farm will take a trail through the pool and tennis facilities, allowing a time for a glimpse or wave to neighbors enjoying the facilities. A perfect outing can be exploring the mist rising from the lake, traversing the dam, crossing bridges, or just a quiet repose at our gazebo nestled under shade trees.
