Brooke Farm is located in North Atlanta, and is the last planned community in Dunwoody. Comprised of 269 stately homes, the developers were Bill Grant, John Cowart, and Robert Marett, builders known for their unique designs and quality construction.
Brooke Farm homeowners have access to wonderful amenities, including four tennis courts (two lighted), a Junior Olympic lap pool, an adults-only pool, and a community area for gathering. Our neighborhood is conducive to safely walking or jogging miles without ever leaving the community, including a scenic view of our private lake from the dam.
The Brooke Farm Home Owners Association is comprised of three distinct neighborhoods: Brooke Farm Manor Homes, Littlebrooke cluster homes, and Dunwoody Close cluster homes. A single entrance to each neighborhood better ensures privacy and security.
The Brooke Farm Communities have adopted a Declaration of Covenants and Bylaws to form the Brooke Farm Homeowners Association, Inc. The Association has retained HomeSide Properties Inc., to provide professional management for the daily activities of the Brooke Farm neighborhoods.
Brooke Farm is on the west side of Dunwoody, less than 2 miles from both The Dunwoody Country Club and the Jewish Community Center, two prestigious facilities that provide social, cultural and recreation opportunity to our residents. Dunwoody is convenient to Perimeter Mall for shopping and dining, and a MARTA train station that provides an easy commute to downtown Atlanta.
